#1 What is your ultimate overall goal? This is important to help you visualize where you will be in the future

#2 What goal would you like to achieve in the next week? Think of something like ditching cream in your coffee or cleaning out your fridge and restocking it with healthy foods

#3 What goal would you like to achieve in the next month? Think of something like losing eight pounds.

#4 What goal would you like to achieve in six months? This could be a goal such as running your fist 10k race

#5 What goal would you like to achieve in a year? This could be sticking to your ultimate goal.

Set new weekly and monthly goals each week and month and stick to the changes you’ve made in the past. This way of goal setting will allow you to celebrate small victories, while also keeping you on track to achieve the bigger goal at hand.

What goal will you set this week? I know what mine will be.
