Capsaicin binds to heat receptors in your cells and aids in abdominal fat loss and fat oxidation. Cayenne pepper also suppresses your appetite, promoting weight loss by reducing your calorie intake.
2. Green Tea
Green tea is another healthy thermogenic food that may help promote weight loss. It contains flavonoids and caffeine, both of which help in elevating the metabolic rate, increasing fat oxidation, and improving insulin levels. There are different types of green tea; matcha green tea is your best option for weight loss because it contains the most nutrients and antioxidants.
