TIP #2 – Rise to the occasion

You work so hard, it takes months and sometimes even years depending on where you started. My journey took about a year and a half to lose 65 inches. I needed to learn how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into my normal everyday life. Sticking to a plan was key and today TIP#2 to Keep on Track is RISE TO THE OCCASION

What does that mean? Here’s a few tips!

1-Get up an hour earlier 3x/week
2- Plan your healthy meals ahead of time (know what your main meals will be for the week and have healthy snacks on hand)
3 – Walk your talk (when you say your going to do something, do it)
4 – Know your WHY – have a clear picture on WHY you are doing this – Make it a visual picture in your mind, look at it every single day

Whatever you choose to do to RISE TO THE OCCASION it needs to become a lifelong habit. A habit takes at least 21 days to form. Making it life-long takes consistency at doing it without even thinking. Do you WANT TO STAY THE COURSE? Make it STICK? Then you will need to RISE TO THE OCCASION!
