Simplicity is Key

You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces – just good food from fresh ingredients!

Isn’t this the truth! I’ve never been a great cook but what I have learned over the past few years is SIMPLICITY and FRESH are two main ingredients that need to be in every dish!

I like recipes with 3 ingredients or less. You taste more of what your eating, it’s simple, and it’s usually quick. The ingredients need to be FRESH when cooking this way or you just don’t get the “bang for the buck”.  Here you see my morning blueberry smoothie. What’s in it?

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Filtered water with added minerals
  • Ice cubes
  • Honey
  • Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla)

Simple, whole fresh ingredients. Doesn’t get better than that!
