I’m calling this, Orange Creamsicle (yum)


It’s packed with great vegan protein and it’s delicious! I call it the Orange Creamsicle Plus (protein and great energy carbs)

What’s in it?

  • Orange
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 slices (about 1 inch thick) cooked Yam
  • 1 Scoop SunWarrior Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Cold Filtered Water (with added Minerals)
  • About 4 ice cubes

Topped off with my Protein Crunchies and some Cocoa Goodness
