#1 Priority returning from Ireland?

proteinshakeSo call me crazy! But the very first thing I do when I get home from my trip to Ireland is prepare a Sunwarrior protein smoothie. In terms of food this is probably the biggest thing I missed while I was traveling. I just can’t survive without my protein smoothies so I thought I would share with you my smoothie I made this morning.

  • Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein
  • Flax Seeds (1/2 tsp)
  • Chia Seeds (1/2 tsp)
  • Hemp Seeds (1/2 tsp)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup filtered mineral water (minerals added back in)
  • 1/2 cup organic Greek Yoghurt (even more protein goodness but added to creaminess of the drink)
  • 1/2 cup Tibetan Magic
  • 1/2 Banana
